We provide comprehensive description on the items available for sale including pictures. Any flaw/defect will be mentioned as well. Buyers are encouraged to read the description thoroughly before making any purchase

How to purchase an item?

To avoid spammers, we no longer publish our e-mail on the website. Just post an enquiry in the comment box and we will reply to your query accordingly

Are your items 100% authentic?

As a member of MPRS and ALVA, we are comitted to sell only 100% authentic items. We have been selling on eBay under the same user ID since 1999 and have an excellent feedback record. We work hard to maintain our reputation

What about the stock availability?

We do not carry a large inventory for our merchandise. An item is available on a first come first serve basis. When an item is sold, it may be gone for good

How to make payment?

For Singaporean buyers, we accept payment by POSB or DBS fund transfer only

For international buyers, we accept payment by PayPal, Western Union or bank wire transfer

Note for PayPal payment:

Additional charge will be imposed accordingly in order to cover for PayPal transaction fee

In any case when PayPal payment is used, we can only ship to the address registered in PayPal account

Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?

We apologize that COD service is not available at the moment

Do you accept return or exchange?

Due to the nature of the merchandise, we do not accept return or exchange. Please read the description carefully and examine the pictures provided thoroughly. Ask any question(s) when in doubt

Shipping within Singapore is FREE by normal mail

What is the delivery time within Singapore?
Estimated delivery time within Singapore by registered mail is 2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally to selected countries. Please drop us a note in the comment box to find out if we ship to your country

How much does it cost to ship internationally?

International shipping may vary depending on package weight and destination. Please check with us if you need your merchandise to be shipped internationally

What is the delivery time for international shipping?

It varies depending on shipping method used. Registered airmail usually takes about 12 to 14 business days and express mail takes about 4 to 5 business days. Please note that the delivery time is only an estimate and it is not guaranteed
