Fake Hermès Birkin

Pheeeew ... I understand that some people want to get their hands on Birkins without the waitlist and without having to splurge on thousands of dollars before being offered one. Actually, it is pretty frustrating especially if you live in Asia where the availability of Birkins is very low. Some people have to wait for years before getting one and some people don't even get it. 

So, the other option is to go to resellers and online websites. I am not saying that all these resellers and websites are not legit. It is just that you have to be extra careful when you decide to buy something from other sources which are not the authorized retailers.

Taking as an example, this gold Birkin 40. For your information, it was listed on a reputable online website. The bag had been authenticated prior listing and passed as an authentic. Yet, this is actually a fake. Take a look at the pictures yourself.

Hermès Tourbillon de Couleurs

Here is another version of the silk necklace with horse head metal pendant. I got this one from Hermes store in Japan. Apparently, the horse head pendant version was reproduced exclusively to celebrate the 10^th year anniversary of Hermes.com. The difference is only on the color of silk cord that comes with the pendant, i.e. Concours d'Etriers, L'Arbre de Vie and Fleurs Indiennes.

To commemorate this occasion, Hermès has created a special edition necklace which is only available for purchase at the Paris flagship store on 24 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. The necklace features a small metal boot pendant with colorful silk cord.

Besides wearing it as a necklace, it can be worn as a bracelet by looping the silk cord around your wrist or it can also be used as a bag charm.

People can't stop manufacturing fakes of everything, can they??? From food to fashion. You can find fake just about on everything.

Fake Hermes scarves, oh yes ... plenty of those too. Some are of good quality and some are not. You can easily tell them apart. This one is an example.
